We’re not a franchise—we’re a dedicated team with a singular mission: providing top-tier property management services tailored to long-term single-family rental owners in Encinitas, alongside exceptional sales support for sellers and buyers across San Diego. Our local roots and focused expertise set us apart, delivering unmatched value to our clients.
Brian founded Top Coastal Properties after discovering the great need for professional, honest, and trustworthy real estate experts.
Our Priorities
Brian lives in Encinitas with his wife and four kids, and when he's not working, you'll likely find the family out exploring the beaches or enjoying everything coastal San Diego has to offer.
Raised with Midwestern values, Brian leads with integrity, treats everyone with genuine respect, and never takes his clients' trust for granted. That foundation is what drives his commitment to doing right by every person he works with.
Brian holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA, and brings added depth to every transaction with his California Real Estate Broker's License, Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) endorsement, and a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University.

Brian has been proud to call coastal San Diego home for over two decades—and since 2006, he's built his career around something simple: taking great care of the people who trust him.
Before making real estate his full-time focus over a decade ago, Brian spent years leading operations across a multi-department business office. That experience sharpened his ability to think ahead, solve problems creatively, and create real impact - always with his clients' best interests guiding the way.
